Finding the Sea Nomads wasn’t as straightforward as we’d hoped. Our journey took us deep into Indonesia, across Sulawesi and out to the remote Togean Islands. But the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and given a glimpse into a world that somehow still exists in this century.
