He’s the resident herbalist, making his famous herbal tonics, remedies and fruit wines, such as mango and pineapple brews. We visited this day and he spoke about his difficulty farming and the flood of GMO and foreign imports in the market. Our Eco-Agro-Trade Project (E.A.T.) will ensure that every farmer in our network receive not only resources and training but fair market for their produce.
