State Minister in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce Delano Seiveright says the Government has made it easier for ordinary Jamaicans to obtain permits to participate in the legal cannabis industry.
Mr. Seiveright says the move reflects the Cannabis Licensing Authority’s recognition of the crop’s significant medicinal, scientific and economic potential.
He was speaking this morning at the dedication ceremony for the Cannabis Licensing Authority’s offices along Haining Road in Kingston.
