Welcome to the RasTafari TV Network Community Archive, a cultural preservation initiative of SITEMEDIA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving history, culture, education, and heritage for future generations.

1. Purpose
The RasTafari TV Network Community Archive exists to preserve, document, research, and share historical, cultural, educational, and religious materials for archival, educational, and public interest purposes.
2. Community Stewardship
Materials contributed to the Community Archive are intended to become part of a permanent community collection maintained for long-term preservation.
By submitting content, you acknowledge that the Archive may preserve, organize, catalog, display, reproduce, migrate, and maintain your submission as part of its permanent historical collection.
3. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, contributors retain ownership of their original works.
By submitting materials, you grant RasTafari TV Network and SITEMEDIA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Archive
- Preserve
- Display
- Publish
- Reproduce
- Digitize
- Catalog
- Translate
- Adapt for preservation purposes
- Distribute for educational, research, documentary, and nonprofit purposes
This license survives the removal or closure of an account to preserve the integrity of the historical archive.
4. Fair Use
The Archive may include materials used under applicable copyright laws, including the doctrine of Fair Use, for purposes such as:
- Education
- Scholarship
- Commentary
- Criticism
- Historical documentation
- News reporting
- Research
- Cultural preservation
If you believe copyrighted material has been included improperly, please contact us so the matter may be reviewed promptly.
5. User Responsibility
You agree that any material you upload:
