Today Ross from Scotland aka Ras Fyah aka Fyah Man is cooking up some wicked vegan & Ital style root vegetable curry! Ital food can sometimes be hard to find in Jamaica, but luckily Ross grows most everything on his yard, and was isn’t available to pick he can always get from his neighbour Rasta Mokko or at the local market in Morant Bay.
