I-TAL | Making of I-Tal Restaurant in Jamaica and why Ital is Vital

Taste for I-Tal has developed alongside Rastafarian engagement with the valorization of traditional knowledge about health and ethnomedicine, small farming and land use, all while promoting sustainability.
