Video Submission Policy and Disclaimer:
By submitting your video content to Rastafari TV Network, Inc. (“RTV”), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the video content or have obtained all necessary permissions and clearances from the rightful owner(s) of the video content.
You hereby grant RTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, and prepare derivative works of the video content in connection with RTV’s services, including but not limited to its website, podcast, social media networks, and streaming services.
You acknowledge that RTV may edit or modify your video content for technical purposes, including but not limited to formatting, quality, and length.
You agree that RTV has the right to reject or remove any video content that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.
You release and waive any and all claims against RTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with your submission of the video content or RTV’s use of the video content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your submission of the video content or RTV’s use of the video content.
You acknowledge that RTV does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of your video content and that any submission of your video content is at your own risk.
By submitting your video content to RTV, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions, and that you release and waive any and all claims against RTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with your submission of the video content or RTV’s use of the video content.
