St. Elias Congregation Ethiopia CONFESS to being an anti-Christ movement
A six years now, We’ve been hearing a story buzzing within The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo community about the sighting of Saint Elias/The Prophet Elisha, has returned to Ethiopia.

It was alleged that years ago three children saw Elias emerge from the hills and supposedly one child is still struck dumb, and can’t speak. They claim that Saint Elais proclaims that evil has used clergy and the influential to do it’s sinister duty by polluting our original FAITH (Tewahedo). It’s alleged Saint Elias has pointed out many areas of the Bible, Church Liturgy and other fasting and feasting days that are wrong, including the birth of Christ, which He says is September 11, the time that Ethiopia Celebrates New Year. Elias Declares all the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and other world churches as we know is finished, done, finito! A letter was written to President Obama, sending prophetic warnings. This Declaration is made by followers St. Elias Congregation, Dekike Elias – The Children of Elias from Ethiopia, Ghana, Canada and Jamaica.
When we first published the original story here, many were inflamed. We had a moral obligation to tell their story and to shine light on BOTH sides so the people can decide for themselves and research and pray for revelation to find the truth. What was revealed was that priests and clergy were being ordained and given new Amharic names by Dekike Elias. One RTV subscriber saw a wayward and absent father of her children on video being ordained as a priest as well. She was enraged and took to social media condemning the act. The beauty of TRUTH is that it cannot be hidden and will eventually reveal itself in DIVINE time. We are publishing the full letter RTV received from the now fragmented St. Elias group.

Dearest:
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Maker Eyasus Kirstos! May the kindness of our holy Mother Virgin Mariam be with you at all times amen!!!
We were a member of a church group named “Dekike Elias” in Ethiopia. Initially we joined this group because they told us that our Creator Egeziabher has answered our fathers’ prayers and it is the dawn of a new era for our Holy Church and our country Zion.
Most of us in the Saint Elias congregation were anxious to see the glory of Ethiopia with her true ancient faith Christianity. But lately, we discovered a hidden agenda of the founders of the congregation that is tragic and unbelievable. We found out that the congregation wanted to systematically infiltrate and take over the Ethiopian church and return it to the religion of the Old Testament. Their goal was to make Ethiopians deny Eyesus Krestos as their personal savior and redeemer.
In recent months some members declared that they no longer wanted to be identified as Christians because they did not believe that their salvation is through the crucifixion of the Lord. This marked the downfall of the congregation. Abba Yosef did his best to correct this wrong path but they refused to listen to him. Moreover, they bitterly oppose Ethiopian true Christian teachings. This made it clear that the hidden agenda of the congregation is to oppose Christianity. So Abba Yosef Berehane and others left the congregation in protest.
Our heart is broken because we devoted so much of our time and energy in a congregation with dark agenda that wanted to destroy the Holy Church.
Here we would like to inform you that his group aims to change the true faith Christianity to the religion of the Old Testament. Therefore, everyone should be careful not to be deceived by their teachings. Do not be fooled that this congregation is a Christian group. It is completely anti-Christianity.
We beg your mercy and prayer. Please beseech for all of us to our kind Mother Virgin Mariam. May the kindness of our holy Mother Virgin Mariam save and protect our holy church and country forever amen!!!
