Invites you to this Press encounter to be held at The Gordon House Park in front of the Parliament Building on Tuesday 30th September, 2014 as we respond to the debate which would have taken place in the house earlier regarding the expungement of the criminal records of persons arrested for possessing minute amounts of ganja.
It is anticipated that our request for an Amnesty to be declared for possession of amounts of ganja up to one pound will be addressed as well as the issue of upholding the historical sacramental rights of the Rastafarian community.
The GFGPA will also outline a programme of activities on public education and information and other expected positive developments regarding the development of a ganja industry in Jamaica.
