Aspiring Returnee to Ghana

50-year-old O.B. Addy migrated to the United States from Ghana over 30 years ago. Addy, who currently lives in Portland, Oregon, regularly visits Ghana to oversee the construction of his house on the outskirts of Accra. Once his house is complete Addy plans to permanently relocate to Ghana.
