Africans to receive visa on arrival in Ethiopia from next month

Ethiopia has announced a date for the start of a visa-on-arrival regime for all Africans. Africa’s second most populous nation will start visa-on arrival regime from the second week of November. CGTN’S Girum Chala tells us more.
