The Kingdom of Kush thrived for over 1400 years. Many of the strongest leaders and warriors in the Kingdom were women. The story of Candace of Meroe turning away Alexander “the great” on his conquest is one of the most historically famous examples. Today women still hold the same great power. Strong women raise strong youths for a better future.
